Learn what kind of running you shouldn't and shouldn't be doing. Get a little science-y and learn to apply it to take your running to the next level.

30-60 minutes of video each week with education, reflections, journal prompts (yes, you should have a notebook dedicated to getting through this course - notes app doesn't cut it), and practical application.
Put the techniques you learn into practice with application at the end of each module. This means running homework, goal creating homework, and nutrition homework - all designed to make you a better runner.
You can read and listen all day, but taking action is where the *magic* happens.

Hey, friends! I am a strength and endurance coach, dog mom, tooth nerd, and lover of all things cookies and adventures.
I'm a firm believer in getting gritty and staying curious in both my running and in life. I understand that not every runner strives to be a pro, but we all still want to improve our performance.
Roadblock was created as a foundation of what I teach my clients - mindset, movement, nutrition, lifestyle. Each one of these builds on the other - our training certainly doesn't exist in a vacuum. And we all want to get just a little better every day.
