  • Ditch the fear of the weight room, of learning to pick up heavy weight.
  • Get gritty learning to lift heavy with competent movement patterns is empowering as f*ck.
  • Improve their running with strategic lifting that can benefit running economy, V02 max, running posture, and increase time to fatigue.

What's Included:

Why should runners strength train?

Put simply, strength training can make you a better runner. It can decrease injury risk. Studies show >60% decreased injury risk in long distance recreational runners when full body strength training was incorporated into their routine 2x/week. Strength training can decrease running fatigue and improve running economy. Run faster with less expended energy. Compound movement focused strength can improve core strength, which translates into better running posture. Without fear of getting 'bulky,' you can maintain and build muscle. Increased bone density. The list could continue. But, now you see how important it is! (And fun too, I promise.)
