With 1:1 coaching, you can reach your running and/or lifting goals without having to figure it out for yourself. With fully customized programs, regular check-ins, and access to your next biggest fan (me!), you can reach your athletic goals with the support and accountability you need.

Set the Scene
Fill out the application below and then we'll schedule a 30 minute chat (phone or video) to make sure we're a great fit for each other. There is no pressure to commit or strings attached. We can start mapping out your goals and get clear on a plan for your success.
Create the Plan
We'll create a training plan tailored to your specific goals, needs and background with weekly check-ins and text/email access. Plans can be adjusted as needed. Supplement and macro recommendations are included if desired (but I am not a nutritionist or RD and will not provide specific meal plans). 1:1 training starts at $119/month.
Know Your Guide
Oh, hi. Training with me means an experienced and enthusiastic coach to provide expert guidance. Yes, guidance. I'm not a dictator, just a tour guide. You still have to climb the mountain of your goals and put in the actual hard work, but I fully believe in your potential and growth and will be there to support you every step of the way.

Hey, friend. I'm so glad you're here. I'm Jess. I've successfully coached dozens of athletes over the last 5+ years and would love to welcome you to the team of EverWild Performance athletes. Whether you have strength or endurance goals, I'm here to help and guide.
I am a certified Run and Strength Coach (through UESCA and NSCA, respectively), hold my Level 1 Precision Nutrition certification, and have a BS in health science. I started coaching in 2016 after seeing the change in my own health and lifestyle through years of running and lifting. I exist in this space to educate, guide, and empower you towards achieving your goals.
